1. When Will My Order Ship?

  • Standard processing time: 24 hours (up to 3–5 business days during sales or promotions).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.


2. Shipping Times

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (remote areas may take up to 30 days)

  • Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or other uncontrollable factors.


3. Tracking My Order

  • All orders include tracking. Track your package via Track Your Order on our website.

  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, check with family, neighbors, or property managers. Contact your local carrier for assistance.


4. High-Risk Orders & Verification

  • Some orders may require verification for security reasons.

  • Orders flagged as high-risk will not ship until verified.

  • Prompt responses help speed up processing. Failure to respond may result in cancellation.


5. COVID-19 Shipping Notice

  • Transit times may be delayed due to postal system capacity or backlogs.

  • Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.


6. Can I Cancel My Order?

  • Cancellations are generally not accepted due to fast processing.

  • Requests within 24 hours may be accommodated with a $5 fee.
